The vibrant community of Shoreline is set to feature around 3000 residential lots and become home for approximately 10,000 people. A 290ha masterplanned community with 2.8km of bay frontage with 25 percent of the project dedicated to parks and green open spaces, including future district sporting fields, future town centre, cafes, restaurants and a new state primary school.

The launch of Shoreline’s Display Village featuring 26 homes on display and the up and coming opening of Jingeri Park - Shorelines new playscape - Lendlease required a permanent Sales and Information Centre. They engaged Local builders Fiteni Homes to acquire their 2 storey corner house and convert into a Sales and Information Centre.

DC8 Studio was contracted to undertake the Interior design of the Sales and Information Centre. Our objective was to create a warm, family friendly and special place from which to sell Shoreline with the design reflecting the two key elements in the physical character of the area, the Bushland and the Bay.

The muted tones, timber selections, sculptural tree and the hanging greenery created a natural aesthetic that resonates with prospective clients while an interactive model table and tv display provide project information.
