The Boggo Road development re-invents the historic precinct with a community of over 400 units and is well located with infrastructure, services and amenity. Our team worked with Leighton Properties in the evolution of the project itself and our experience in the integration of development and marketing has come to the fore in the delivery of a sales space that tells a story of the project, demonstrates the product and creates a vibrant space for interaction.
The 330m2 building contains a central sales area that creates an atmosphere of the future retail environment with a Tromp l’oeil wall image providing a sense of perspective beyond the internal space. The adjoining apartment display area allows for a fit out space to demonstrate the end product as each stage evolves.
The building also considers an element of relocation for future opportunities across the site, with the initial installation carefully sited to take advantage of views to the city and exposure to the main road. The sales office itself created a space that led to a successful project launch for the development and sales teams.
