Relaxed Luxury was the driving theme behind the Rise Country Club. Elevated over 36 acres of open space and parkland, the 2000sqm+ Clubhouse delivers quality rich in detail with natural materials and textures that espouse craftsmanship. The two pavilions are connected by a central spine that on arrival opens to the infinity edged pool with panoramic 180 degree views. Framing the view, deep veranda’s running the length of the Clubhouse create a country estate feel to the project.
Active living is encouraged here through the expansive grounds, games rooms, wellness areas, floodlit sports courts and bowling green. Quieter times are catered for in the library, cinema, arts room and work shed while still providing communal gathering places with outdoor pavilions and gardens. Internally the communal spaces can be made smaller for more personal moments creating a truly flexible building format for the residents to enjoy.
