Co-located in an existing master planned community, Evergreen takes advantage of existing networks and connections. The masterplan was guided by achieving passive solar design to all dwellings linking off a strong central boulevard. This central boulevard connects the Stables at entry to the feature community clubhouse on the east. DC8 Studio, as the architect for the Victorian housing suite, could achieve an integrated design response between individual houses and urban design strategies.
The clubhouse is a connected horseshoe which opens up to the north to capture an extensive outdoor sporting offering and spaces for smaller outdoor social gatherings. The clubhouse is split into two wings, social and health and wellness to cater to the community interests.
The Sales Welcome Centre and Stables at the front door delivers games, social and cinema spaces from day one creating diversity of social connection throughout the community.
