Working with the sites contours and interfaces the design takes advantages of a neighbouring park and open space to anchor the formal entry. The formal entry also forms the stage for the location of the Community Clubhouse.

Landscaped streets and thoughtful house designs create a walkable community with generous streets for community interactions and movement. The community is home to 173 sites with homes that were designed for longevity and livability.
