Interior Design
Vista community has a vibrant spirit, but it’s also a calm, peaceful place. Rich in history but young in spirit it sits right in the heart of Logan Village, Queensland. DC8 were tasked with the Interior design of the Clubhouse and Sales Centre, and worked in partnership with external Architects, Jared Poole Design. A double story Clubhouse with Contemporary strong Architectural lines, a soft colour palette, punctuated with stone highlights. To articulate our vision we define the interiors as “Layered and Organic”.
All elements have been carefully curated so that they work in harmony with the Architecture. Cohesion ensures pieces don’t just exist in isolation but collaborate to tell a cohesive story.
A mix of soft and hard textures and materials, earthy tones and colours have been used through stone, tile, timber, wallpaper and brushed copper, to create a soft layered interior. Creating connections and continuations between different spaces and function. Natural stone cladding to feature elements help unite the interiors with the exterior.
