In collaboration with the development team, DC8 Studio was engaged to develop a number of housing masters that provided interesting and varied street scapes and a level of customer flexibility to have choice in their future home. The final suite of houses comprised of 5 master floor plans each with five form types to choose from.

The architecture of the homes is complemented by modern and cost appropriate interiors which respond to the house siting and current market expectations. The housing suite included three external colour schemes and three internal colour schemes building in even more opportunity for customer preferences when selecting their home. The design team brough these houses through to Tender and were eventually documented and completed by Ausmar Homes.
