These typologies relate to site context, topography and the requirement of rearloaded laneways. Design of the interior finishes, fixtures and fittings was also developed in collaboration with Villa World and DC8 Studio, tying in with a company wide design standards update.

The project direction included a focus on simplicity of construction and retention of the original design intent. Detailing was developed to be used through all stages of the project to achieve consistency and simplicity for Villa World, the builder and the future residents.
