Aerial photos of Legacy Way Control Centre

Last week the DC8 Studio designed Legacy Way construction site was photographed from the air, courtesy of our builder ‘Hutchies’.

The central lift core and stair cores are starting to taking shape with the first walls already completed with the first footings and foundations along O’Connell Terrace being placed.

Due to the prime location, no basement was designed for the building with car parking located on Levels 1 and 2. As a result, ‘Hutchies’ will literally “rip tear bust” over the coming weeks as the ground floor is built. There will be nearly 100 concrete precast panels to be placed over the site.
